The Orlivka Wind Farm was developed to expand Ukraine’s renewable energy capacity through the installation of 26 Vestas V136 wind turbines with a 117-metre hub height. We were entrusted with the complete heavy lifting scope, delivering every stage of turbine erection—from tower assembly to the installation of the nacelle, drivetrain, hub and blades.
Each turbine required a carefully planned installation sequence to ensure structural stability while maintaining the construction schedule across multiple turbine locations. Working in an open-field environment added further complexity, demanding continuous planning of crane movements and site logistics throughout the project.
