The engineering package defined the complete lifting concept, including the hydraulic gantry configuration, load distribution strategy, temporary support systems and equipment arrangement required for controlled stator rotation. The methodology incorporated structural load assessments, ground bearing pressure analysis, risk evaluation, temporary works design and lifting sequence development. Engineering was performed in accordance with applicable international standards and recognised heavy-lift practices, while integrating nuclear safety principles, including the ALARA philosophy for work in controlled environments. The result was a practical engineering framework that supports safe planning and execution of complex heavy-lift operations during nuclear power plant modernization.
